Handmade Fused Glass Blue Jellyfish Wind Chime with Hanging Chain, Beach & Home Decor

Measuring approximately 7" x 13" from the loop down, the handmade glass jellyfish has 8 tentacles hanging beneath the hood which includes a 1-inch brushed nickel loop. Also included is a 9.5" hanging chain made of durable iron, weather-resistant, strong and rust-resistant, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The hood is made of 3 layers of glass that started with cutting and fusing the blobs for the hood, cutting 2 layers of glass for the hood, adding the fused blobs and frit, then fusing the 3 layers into a flat. The flat was fused again to get its shape. The tentacles were cut, cold worked, and fused. Holes were drilled and hardware installed to hang the tentacles beneath the hood. Five fuse sessions took over 90 hours, plus assembly.

As with all handcrafted fused glass pieces, both organic and artistic imperfections add to the uniqueness of each piece.
